Roanoke Natural Foods Co-op is a great place to work. We operate using a team approach, and we’re proud of our tight-knit staff of 50 people.  Though our employees range in age, background, and experience, they all share a dedication to the Co-op. We have a high retention rate in managerial positions, and we promote within the company whenever possible. We offer full-time employees health and dental insurance, and all employees earn paid time off.
